We are pleased to confirm our participation in the P F Cusack Recycling Programme, reinforcing our commitment to achieving carbon net zero. Through this initiative, we ensure that our traffic management equipment is diverted from landfill and reintroduced into use via sustainable recycling.
All equipment designated for recycling is securely palletised, wrapped for transport, and delivered to the processing facility.
There, it is off-loaded, unpacked, cut, then placed on a conveyor belt that takes the prepared recycling into a hopper where it is shredded into fine particulates.
These are then transferred via conveyor belts into industrial storage bags and transported to a melting facility. The processed plastic is melted and re-formed into new traffic management products such as cones, barriers, frames, and signage.
On request, we can provide signed and dated carbon certificates detailing the weight of traffic management equipment recycled and the corresponding CO2 savings. Each certificate is uniquely numbered and fully traceable, ensuring every recycled load is accurately recorded at both ends of the process.
We are seeking experienced NHSS accredited operatives to join us at our Essex and Godstone depots, where we supply varied services to our clients across East Anglia, London, South & South East. We are on the look-out for enthusiastic and innovative individuals who have the drive, the passion and the commitment to quality, safety and respect.
