High Friction Surfacing
High Friction Surfacing (HFS) is a specialized type of road treatment used to improve skid resistance and enhance safety, especially in high-risk areas. It involves applying a layer of durable, high-friction aggregate to a binder on the pavement surface.
HFS is typically applied to sharp curves or bends, steep gradients, intersections and roundabouts, approaches to pedestrian crossings, bridge decks, and exit/entry ramps.
Repairs & Reinstatements
Our repair and reinstatement services ensure highways remain safe, serviceable, and compliant.
We carry out PACO patch reinstatements to restore structural strength in damaged areas, alongside mastic reinstatements and channel works that provide flexible, waterproof finishes for gullies, joints, and edges. Crack repairs and joint sealing address smaller defects early, preventing water ingress and extending the service life of surfaces.
Our proactive approach reduces disruption, lowers costs, and keeps assets performing as intended for longer.
Plant Hire & Grab Services
Triplex operates a modern fleet of specialist vehicles and plant that are available for both our projects and client hire. Our grab hire services provide fast and efficient clearance of spoil, waste, and materials, enabling projects to progress smoothly and safely.
